We know life isn’t always planned, and things can come up. If you do have a situation and you know you will not be able to make your delivery appointment, contact us as soon as you know so we can reschedule.
If you miss the delivery appointment without contacting anyone, the delivery driver will bring the flooring back to the local Old Dominion terminal and a second attempt will be made. If there is still no successful delivery, the flooring will be returned to us and you will be refunded the amount of your order minus a restocking fee.
